XDFXX-I high efficiency air filter dust collector

        XDFXX-I系列高效空氣過(guò)濾集塵器，適用于各種不同工作環(huán)境下的除塵。在處理風(fēng)量大的情況下可進(jìn)行組合使用，安裝維修方便。


工作原理：
       在正常操作過(guò)程中，含粉塵的空氣通過(guò)入口到過(guò)濾工作區(qū)（附圖）粉塵收集在濾筒的表面。產(chǎn)生清潔空氣由過(guò)濾筒中央進(jìn)入氣箱通過(guò)出口管道溢出。在過(guò)濾筒清洗時(shí)，電子控制板自動(dòng)選擇要清洗的濾筒（利用時(shí)間間隙或差壓計(jì)）并觸發(fā)打開(kāi)空氣隔膜閥的電磁閥，壓縮空氣0.5-0.7MPa脈沖直接送入被清洗的濾筒對(duì)中央吹去。濾筒外表面所集的粉塵，在氣流和重力的作用下粉塵進(jìn)入料倉(cāng)。
